In the 2019 elections, two fines as the official agent for the conservative candidate J Shin in Burnbai South are related to Heli’s work.
Heli was fined for failing to pay a claim and failing to provide an updated details of claims, a total of $ 9,080 in relation to 12 unpaid claims.
The commissioner says that Heli has a history of non-transportation for equal violations.
