Eid al-Fitr is just around the corner and the joyful times will soon begin for students in Saudi Arabia as by the end of this week (March 29) they will mark the start of a long holiday.

According to the calendar, Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan, is expected to take place around April 10.

In addition, the calendar shows that the long holiday will end on April 15 and classes will resume.

Earlier this month, the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced that employees would take four days off in April for Eid al-Fitr.

Employees in Saudi Arabia will enjoy four holidays starting on Monday, April 8, with Friday and Saturday being the country’s official weekends.
