Kunjar | June 23, KDC: In an enthusiastic conversation with the academic fraternity, the Education Minister, Sakina Masood Eto on Monday visited the Government Model Higher Secondary School (GMHSS) Kunjar, where he engaged with teachers, inspected the innovations led by the student, and felicitated the meritorious students for their academic achievements.
According to a statement, during his visit, the minister held a detailed conversation with the teaching staff and said that quality education has an important role in shaping a progressive society. He repeated the government’s unwavering attention on student empowerment and overall education, saying that education would have to prepare students to excel in all areas of life.
He highlighted various forward -looking reforms launched by the administration in recent years, especially with the aim of increasing digital infrastructure in schools and promoting inclusive education. “The government is committed to bridging urban-rural division through progressive scholarship schemes and technology-capable classes,” he said.
Describing education as the foundation stone of an inclusive and strong society, ITTO said, “As we move towards a more appropriate future, the most powerful means of education remains. We are firm to ensure that our youth get the necessary support to succeed in every aspect of life.”
The minister also accepted the tireless contribution of teachers, appreciating their role in the nutrition of future generations. He called for continuous cooperation between teachers and the government to increase educational standards and promote innovative education.
A major attraction of the incident was the stall exhibition organized by the school’s tourism department, which displayed the creative talent and project work of the students, especially in areas related to local food and alternative healthy food options. These vibrant and educational performances were highly appreciated by visiting dignitaries and added a vibrant, experienced dimension to day celebrations.
In this event, students from various schools of Zone Kunjar participated in a dynamic science exhibition, adding further academic depth. Young innovators presented impressive working models such as hydraulic bridge, an electric motor car and many other creative scientific displays. These models reflected students’ scientific curiosity, innovation and practical skills and had a major attraction of the day, praising both guests and attendees
Talking to the students, the minister urged him to remain stable in advancing his ambitions, assuring him of full government support in turning his goals into reality. “We are here to make sure that no dream is far away,” he confirmed.
ITTO personally said the meritorious students of class 10 and 12 accepting their hard work and flexibility. The event was as a will for the school’s lively learning environment and its commitment to promote all-round-round excellence.
On this occasion, the minister was accompanied by MLAs Gulmarg, Farooq Ahmed Shah, and Director School Education Kashmir, GN Yatu. Both dignitaries actively participated in engagement, interacted with students and faculty members.
