According to the report of the National Center for Seismology, a 5.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Andaman Sea near Andaman and Nicobar Islands. No damage or casualties were reported.
An earthquake of magnitude 5.4 was recorded in the Andaman Sea on Sunday, November 9, the National Center for Seismology said. The quake was felt in parts of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, but there were no immediate reports of loss of life or property, an official said.
The Center for Seismology said the earthquake occurred at 12.06 pm and the depth of the quake was 90 km.
