Durham Regional Police has identified a suspect in stabbing a stab at the Pickering Go station on Monday afternoon.
Officers were called to the station in 1322 Bailey St. on July 28 at around 12:05 pm for the report of an armed person.
Investigators say the victim was going into his car in parking, when he was contacting the suspect and stabbing.
The police have not ascertained whether the suspect and the victim are known to each other.
The suspected police ran to the north before the arrival of the police and the victim was taken to a local hospital with non-janleva injuries.
Corey vosecamp, 30, no sure address, for increased attack, attack with a weapon, possession of a weapon – dangerous to public peace, and failed to follow a probation order.
He is described as a thin construction, about five feet 10 inches long with short brown hair.
Police say he is known for riding a Go train between Oshwa and Okville.
