Drug Rexulture: National Class-Action on Law firm reached disposal in lawsuit

Montreal- The lawyers involved in a class-action case on drug recruits say that $ 4.75 million has been settled by the patients and the drugs prescribed to the estates and families of the drugs prescribed.

Class action included anyone in Canada, which was prescribed the drug between February 16, 2017 and today, and binding gambling, hypersexuality, binding expenses and binding behavior such as purchasing or biping food were experienced.

Rexulty is an antisicotic drug used to treat schizophrenia and depression.

A notice made public on Saturday by Toronto Law firm Rochon Jenova says the Quebec Superior Court has not determined the qualities of the claims and the disposal is a compromise of disputed claims without the liability or any entry of the wrongdo.

The Quebec Superior Court authorized the national category action against the manufacturers in 2024.

The lawyer will be for a disposal approval hearing before the court in Montreal on 31 October 2025.
