Driver alleged after shocking the footpath stunt in Brampton

A person from Brampton is facing allegations after a video, intensifying a pavement to bypass traffic, viral, which led to public outrage and a police investigation.

The video, widely shared online, shows a white lexus sedan, which dangerly driving with the pavement in the Boward Drive West near Gillingam Drive. The car narrows the pedestrians as it weaves the traffic of the past.

The incident occurred on 11 June 2025. After an investigation, 56 -year -old Ranjit Singh of Brampton was arrested on 9 July.

Singh has been accused of dangerous operation and stunt driving. His driver’s license has been suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle – a 2020 lexus is 300 – was imposed for 14 days.

He is going to appear in court later.
