At a formal handover ceremony held today at the office chamber of Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat took over as DC Budgam.
He alleged as Upya (DC) Budgam, successful Akshay Labaro.
Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat took charge in the presence of several senior officials of the district administration.
Additional District Development Commissioner Budgam, Ashik Hussain, ADC Budgam, ACR Budgam, all SDM, Chief Planning Officer Budgam, Dio Budgam, Tehsildar and other senior of the district were present on the occasion.
The deputy commissioner was warmly welcomed by the present officials. DC thanked the officers and officers present on the occasion.
