According to police, there is no evidence that the man invited her to enter his home, and she admitted in her TikTok video that the man’s orders to her were to leave her food at her doorstep – not inside her home.
Since the incident occurred, Henderson has posted several videos on TikTok, accusing TikTok, DoorDash, and local police of “silencing” or “punishing” him for speaking out.
“They punished me for reporting my sexual assault while doordashing,” she said in one story.

According to Oswego police, Henderson has been charged with one count of first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and one count of second-degree unlawful surveillance.
DoorDash has deactivated Henderson’s and the man’s accounts in the wake of the controversy.
“Posting a video of a customer’s home and making their personal information public is a clear violation of our policies,” the company said in a statement after his arrest. “That’s the only reason why when we investigated, this dasher’s account was deactivated along with that of the customer.”
If convicted, Henderson faces up to 8 years in prison.
He is scheduled to appear in court on December 4.
