Donald Trump defends Kate Middleton’s ‘edited’ photo, says it’s ‘no big deal’

Following controversy over photos of Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, posing with her three children, former US President Donald Trump said it shouldn’t be a big issue.

Trump also said that it is common these days to alter photos.

“This shouldn’t be a big deal because everyone is a doctor,” Trump said in an interview with British News on Tuesday.

“You look at these movie actors and then you see them in real life and you say, ‘Is that the same person in the photo?’. I actually looked at that photo and it was just a very minor modification, “Trump said.

The former president’s comments came in response to a question about whether it would be a tough job to be in Kate’s position.

“It’s a difficult time and they’re all after her,” Trump said.

Kate, who is believed to be recovering from abdominal surgery in January, has not been seen in public for several weeks, sparking some social media speculation about her recovery.

Kensington Palace, the Prince and Princess of Wales’ office, has repeatedly said she is doing well and that health matters are a private matter.

On March 10 (Mother’s Day in the UK), Kensington Palace released a royal family photo, showing Kate and her three children – 10-year-old Prince George, 5-year-old Prince Louis and 8-year-old Summer. Princess Lott.

Kate also clarified that the discrepancies that caused major photography agencies to withdraw the image from circulation were the result of some amateur editing on her part.

Royal sources said the photo was an amateur photo taken by William, Prince of Wales, as the palace wanted to provide an informal picture of the family together on Mother’s Day.

They added that the princess had made some “small adjustments” to her image and had a wonderful Mother’s Day together as a family.

Kensington Palace said it would not republish the original, unedited photos of Kate and her children, the BBC reported.
