Editor’s Note: In light of all the Susie Wills news today, I was reminded of something I’d forgotten. You can’t make all this stuff up guys, it really is a small world. Susie Wills’ father is the late, great Pat Summerall! I wanted to re-run this report in case you’ve never seen it (we’re adding hundreds of new readers every day).

Just when you think you have a pretty good understanding of things and the people involved in the Trump team, something like this comes along and blows your mind.

We really didn’t know how good we had it in the 1990s…

We had Michael Jordan in the NBA who won two 3-peats and made history almost every night.

And at our booth were John Madden and Pat Summerall who call NFL games and serve “turducken” on Thanksgiving Day every year:

It was truly the best time.

Flash-forward to 2025 and I haven’t watched an NFL game outside of the Super Bowl in almost 10 years and the NBA isn’t worth watching at all.

Additionally, both leagues are now rumored to be “rigged”:

But why am I bringing all this up anyway?

Isn’t this article about Susie Wills, President Trump’s chief of staff?

I bring this up because until today, March 30, 2025, I had no idea that Susie Wills’ father was the great Pat Summerall.

What a small world we live in, huh?

Maybe you all know, but this is absolutely news to me.
