District administrator Rehari in Rehari makes clear relief assistance to the affected residents

Jammu, 30 May: In response to some reports, it has been suggested that only ₹ 6,500 was provided to damaged houses during Pakistani shelling in Rehari.

The district administration clarified that according to the prescribed criteria, the main house which was directly killed by shells has been approved a assistance of ₹ 1,20,000.

Nearby houses, which faced minor losses, but were not directly affected, each has received 6,500, according to the existing guidelines for compensation of minor structural damage.

In addition, individuals who faced minor injuries due to shelling have been expanded by the district administration as immediate relief, while the seriously injured have been assisted each of ₹ 35,000.
