A man in Delhi’s Sabchi Mandi area was caught on camera harassing and abusing a woman on the street on Wednesday. The video shows a man named Kapil engaging in abusive behavior towards a woman who is said to be his neighbour.
Video of the incident shows the woman trying to get away from Kapil’s provocation. Despite her efforts, Kapil persisted in his behavior and the woman was clearly struggling to get out of the situation. Eventually, other people on the street overpowered Kapil and freed her from his control.
After receiving the report of the incident, the Delhi Police quickly intervened and sent officers to the scene to control the situation. However, tensions escalated as Kapil’s family members reportedly clashed with the police.
Despite the chaos, Delhi Police personnel managed to defuse the tension and initiated legal proceedings based on the complaint filed by Kusum. According to police, a case has been registered and investigation is ongoing.
