Delhi couple dips 5-year-old son in Ganga after immersing him multiple times to cure blood cancer

A shocking video has emerged from Uttarakhand’s Haridwar, where a five-year-old boy suffering from blood cancer died after his parents repeatedly dipped him in river Ganga in the hope of a “miracle cure”. This incident happened at Har Ki Pauri when he drowned in the freezing river several times.

The incident was caught on camera in which a Delhi couple can be seen allegedly immersing their cancer-stricken child in the river Ganga. Police have registered a case and booked three people, including the boy’s mother, in connection with the incident.

According to information provided by the cab driver who took the boy and his family to Haridwar, the child was accompanied by his parents and another female relative. According to NDTV report, the family left for Haridwar around 9 am on Wednesday.

The other relative was reportedly the boy’s aunt. The cab driver said the boy looked extremely unwell and the family told him he was suffering from cancer and that doctors in Delhi had given up.
