District Magistrate Jammu has ordered a magistrate inquiry into the incident to be held on 24 July 2025 in Para Chak, Falian Division.
After this incident, an FIR has been lodged in the police station Satvari under Section 109 (1), 3 (5) of the Indian Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 3/27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the incident seriously, as reported by Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu, the District Magistrate has launched a magisterial investigation to ensure fair and fair examination of the leading facts and circumstances for the incident. The investigation will be conducted by the sub-division Magistrate, Jammu South.
The investigating officer has been instructed to complete the investigation within two weeks from the date of the order and submit a detailed report to the District Magistrate for further action.
