The Economic Offenses Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir on Tuesday filed a charge sheet to submit a fake middle pass certificate against Bilal Ahmed Naiku in his service record.
In a press release issued to Rising Kashmir, Crime Branch Kashmir said that the economic crimes of Crime Branch Kashmir produced the Fire Number 06/2025 U/SS 420, 468, 471 RPC of P/S Economic Offenses Wing, Special Mobile Maines for SRINAAAD, Chargear for Anagags. Naiku R/O bidder, Cokeranag Anantnag for alleged participation in entering a fake middle pass qualification certificate in his service records.
A brief fact due to the registration of the immediate case is that a complaint was received at the Economic Offenses Wing, Srinagar (Crime Branch Kashmir) that Bilal Ahmad Naiku S/O Abdul Rahman Naiku R/O dialects, Kokernag (MTS Wardcher at One Division Ennatag range) have entered the fake entrystrich. It was also alleged that the said certificate is fake and fake.
As the complaint revealed the Commission for cognitive offenses, which was registered at the U/SS 420, 468, 471 RPC, Case FIR No. 06/2025 in P/S Economic Offense Wing, Srinagar (Crime Branch Kashmir).
The conclusion of the investigation of the case was proved against the above that the accused person for the crime of the accused person U/SS 420, 468, 471 RPC. The speedy case has been investigated under the provisions of the Indian Civil Protection Code (BNSS) 2023. The case concluded within a period of 60 days and the charge-report (challan) of the quick case has been presented in the Honorable Court of Special Mobile Magistrate accordingly.
