Bengaluru, October 8 (IANS) The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) Karnataka has announced that it will organize the Realty Expo 2025 in Bengaluru on October 10.
The event will be held at KTPO, Whitefield and will be inaugurated by Shalini Rajneesh, Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, on Friday (October 10) at 3.30 pm.
She will also be the chief guest. The exhibition will be open to visitors from 10 am to 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday (October 11 and 12, 2025), offering a one-stop destination for property seekers, investors and industry professionals.
Credai Karnataka Chairman Bhaskar T. Nagendrappa made the announcement in this regard and said, “The event is poised to become one of the largest and most comprehensive property exhibitions in the state. Over 250 affordable and affordable projects will be showcased.”
He said that the upcoming Realty Expo 2025 aims to further strengthen the relationship between developers and consumers, explore investment opportunities and provide a premier platform to showcase the best real estate potential of Karnataka.
Suburban areas of Bengaluru dominate real estate activity, with the North, East and South corridors witnessing accelerated growth. The northern corridor in particular is witnessing rapid appreciation, driven by major infrastructure initiatives such as the Peripheral Ring Road, Airport Metro Line, Suburban Rail and National Highway upgrading. These projects have significantly increased connectivity, which is attracting both home buyers and investors.
Nagendrappa said, “Earlier development followed water; today, it follows infrastructure.”
The event will bring together leading developers, banks and housing finance companies to showcase Karnataka’s evolving real estate landscape across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.
Mamta Bharaktiya, Joint Secretary, Mahaveer S. Mehta, Secretary and Anil Nayak, CEO CREDAI Karnataka, were present.
