In a video that went viral on social media, a Congress worker was seen taking off the shoes of the Karnataka CM with the tricolor in his hand. Politics also became heated after the video emerged. The BJP said the Congress party did not respect the country and even the flag.

In fact, CM Siddaramaiah arrived at Gandhi Rashtrapati Bhavan on Wednesday morning to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary. A worker at the scene was helping Siddaramaiah take off her shoes. Meanwhile, the workers were holding the tricolor flag, which was falling to the ground. Seeing this, another man took off the flag from the worker’s hand and took it into his own hand.
Meanwhile, a minor fire incident broke out when CM Siddaramaiah was attending Gandhi Jayanti celebrations. CM’s shirt is on fire. However, security guards saw it and put it out immediately. No one was injured.
Siddaramaiah sparks controversy over MUDA episode
Earlier, amid controversy over the MUDA conspiracy scam in Karnataka, Siddaramaiah had to return the land allocated to his wife’s name. ED has registered an FIR against CM Siddaramaiah in the MUDA scam case. CM Siddaramaiah said that my wife Parvati has returned the land as compensation for land acquisition by MUDA (Mysore Urban Development Authority) without acquiring any land. The chief minister said the opposition parties have leveled false accusations against my family as part of political vendetta to drag my family into the controversy and the people of the state are aware of it.
