New Delhi:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh are among the 195 candidates vying to lead the BJP in the soon-to-be-held Lok Sabha elections.
Jyotiraditya Scindia, who joined BJP from Congress, will contest elections from Guna. Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Chauhan will once again contest elections from Vidisha.
Here is the complete list of 195 candidates:
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will contest from Lucknow and Smriti Irani will contest from Amethi, where she had won a shock victory against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in 2019.
