comedian peter’s has announced that all profits will go from his stand-up Travel Donations will be made to 12 cancer charities over the next year.
The 52-year-old Bolton-born comedian is ending his extension better late than never The tour followed with arena dates in Newcastle, Nottingham, Glasgow, Dublin, Birmingham, Belfast, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and London.
talking to a show On Wednesday, he said: “It’s finishing next year, and I’m announcing the last show, but all the profits are going to a cancer charity.”
The charities are Children with Cancer UK, Teenage Cancer Trust, Kidney Cancer UK, Blood Cancer UK, Bowel Cancer UK, Prostate Cancer UK, DKMS UK, Ovarian Cancer Action, Pancreatic Cancer UK, Anthony Nolan, The Brain Tumor Charity and Breast Cancer UK.
Kay said: “Unfortunately, everyone knows someone who has been affected by that list, and I hope people will support that. Come to the show. That’s why I’m here.”
After TV production in the early 2000s, Kay became most known across the country, phoenix nightsand has starred in other sitcoms including Peter K’s Car Share,
Rachel Calderon, Deputy Director of Fundraising at Blood Cancer UK, said: “Everyone in the blood cancer community, whether they are affected by leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma, are really pleased and deeply grateful that they have chosen to support Blood Cancer UK on their tour through (the) ticket sales.

“Every pound helps us support people facing blood cancer and will help fund life-saving research that will bring us closer to defeating blood cancer within a generation.”
Serene Evans, senior head of large-scale fundraising at Prostate Cancer UK, said: “Many of us at Prostate Cancer UK are huge fans of Peter Kay, so we are really excited and grateful to be part of his final field tour.
“By working with us he is raising vital funds for game-changing research, life-saving campaigns and vital support services for men living with and beyond prostate cancer.”
