Senennial, colo. (AP)-A jury on Wednesday convicted a colorado dentist of the first-degree murder in the death of his wife’s poison.
Prosecutor James Craig was repeatedly accused of poisoning More than 10 days in March 2023, his wife Angela Craig included his smoi.
When those efforts failed, the prosecutors said that the dentist gave his wife a final dose of cyanide as she was hospitalized with surprising symptoms in the suburban Denver. He was soon declared dead brain.
James Craig did not testify during a two -week test, and his lawyers did not present other witnesses. Rescue suggested that Angela Craig has taken his life and has made the police faulty for fully focusing on James Craig as a suspect.
Craig claimed that his wife sought help in ending her life, but the prosecutors said they offered other conflicting explanations to others for her death.
Toxicology tests determined that Angela Craig died of toxicity from cyanide and tetrahydrozoline, a component found in over-the-counter iPes according to the coroner.
