Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said on Wednesday that he has directed all deputy commissioners to release immediate release of accidental funds.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister’s office wrote, “In the light of the current development, I have directed all deputy commissioners to release immediate release of contingency money.”
“Officers have been instructed to compete with misinformation and urge the public to rely only on verified sources. Let’s unite and flexible.” Reads the post.
