The University of Kashmir announced on Monday that the classwork in all its premises will resume regularly on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, which will recently end the academic suspension.
In an official statement released on Monday, university officials clarified that while most students are expected to return to classes starting on Wednesday, students living in the border areas of Jammu and Kashmir and students coming from outside the union area will be given extra time. They can re -join on Monday, May 19, 2025 to accommodate travel or safety concerns.
The purpose of the university’s decision is to ensure a smooth and inclusive withdrawal in educational activity for all students.
