Chief Justice High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Justice Arun Palli, administered the oath of office to two newly appointed judges today; Justice Sanjay Parihar and Justice Shahzad Azim and Judge of Jammu and High Court of Kashmir and Ladakh, in the court room of the Chief Justice here.
The oath ceremony was attended by Justice Sindhu Sharma, Justice Rajnesh Oswal, Justice Javed Iqbal Wani, Justice Rahul Bharti, Justice Mecca Khajuria Kazmi, Justice Rajesh Sekhari and Justice Mohd in Jammu. Yusuf Wani, while Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Justice Vinod Chatterjee Kuol, Justice Sanjay Dhar and Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal almost participated from the Srinagar Wing of the High Court.
The function was organized by the Registrar General (Officers) of the High Court of MK Sharma, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, who read the contents of notification received from the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Justice, Department of Justice, which was issued for appointment and Jittor, Judicritor, Justritor issued by the President of India. High Courts of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, to administer the oath of office to two newly appointed judges.
The ceremony was attended by former Chief Justice/former judges of the High Court, Secretary Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, India Deputy Solicitor General, Jammugar as well as Srinagar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, Senior Advocate, President Bar Association, Jammu and Bar officials, Civil and Police Administration and officials.
With the height of two officers of higher judicial services as High Court judges of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, the strength of the High Court judges of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has increased to 15 judges, including the Chief Justice.
