MPs and MLAs will stage a protest in Delhi over the issue of tax devolution and allocation of funds to the state. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah confirmed at a press conference yesterday that the party will protest against the “injustice” done to the state by the 15th Finance Commission. Addressing a meeting on Tuesday along with Congress president DK Shivakumar, Siddaramaiah said, “On February 7, all ministers, members of both houses of the Legislature and Members of Parliament will hold demonstrations against the 15th Finance Commission decision of the Government of India against Khanna injustice caused by the state and oppose other issues related to the state, including allocations to the Centre. ”
