friend of celebrity traitor winner alan carr has recalled how the comedian “saved his life” after gunning down an armed attacker.
Actress Cleo Rocos, best known for her role kenny everett television showRecalled how Carr fended off a knife-wielding attacker while the pair were on holiday in Morocco.
63 year old Rokos told Sun That she and Carr, 49, were out at night in Marrakesh when a man grabbed her arm and then pulled out a knife.
“I pushed him away but he held me tight and said in very bad English that he wanted to be with me,” she said.
“We didn’t think he was serious but then he pulled out a knife. It was probably about 10 inches long.”
Rokos said Carr remained “amazingly calm” despite the terrifying situation, and placed himself between her and the attacker.
“Most people would have been frightened, but Alan was surprisingly calm,” she explained.
“He pulled me to his other side, so he was standing between me and the guy, and he said, ‘Don’t be so rude.’
“Before the man could react, he snatched the knife from his hand. The man was not expecting this and I was shocked.
“We moved quickly and we kept looking behind us to see if this guy would come at us again with the knife.”

He added that Carr had “really dodged” the attacker. He clarified, “He didn’t punch her or anything, but he disarmed her and the way he handled it was very brave.”
“That night could have been much worse, but Alan dealt with the situation very decisively – he literally saved my life.”
