Senior advocate Gani presented before the bench that the apology was real and was made with full remorse. The tribunal, following a strong criticism of early conduct, eventually accepted it to be honest, not only “paper waiver”, but also a rigorous precaution.

Bal Kishan Giri vs. UP and LD Jaikwal vs. State of UP, citing several Supreme Court decisions, the bench insisted that while the magnalamity can be extended to the sowing of fid conditions, any attempt to brobate to the judiciary will be dealt with with a “iron hand”.

The tribunal dealt with MA 1039/2025 accordingly and allowed the remaining respondents to return the MA 972/2025 directing the remaining respondents to register objections in the main case within four weeks. The case will be heard next time on 20 August.
