Cabinet committee on security meets for the second time after the Pahalgam attack

In view of the deadly Pahgam terrorist attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has once again convened a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS), after which there will be a full cabinet meeting on political affairs, Cabinet Committee (CCPA), Cabinet Committee (CCEA) on Economic Affairs and Wednesday.

The CCS, which has been convened for the second time after the Pahgam attacks, will discuss security preparations in view of the Pahalgam incident.

The Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) last met on 23 April and was given detailed information on the terrorist attack in Pahgam, killing 25 Indians and a Nepali citizens.

The CCS condemned the strongest point of view and expressed its deep condolences to the families of the victims and expected the initial recovery of the injured.

In briefing, CCS was brought out from across the border of the terrorist attack. It was noted that the attack came in view of the successful hold of elections in the center area and its stable progress towards economic development and development.

The government then announced several measures, including the Indus Water Treaty in a strong message to Pakistan to support terrorism.

Earlier on Tuesday, Prime Minister Modi attended a meeting of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan and three service heads.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval was also present in the meeting. Government sources said that the Prime Minister confirmed that India’s national resolution to give a crushed shock to terrorism.

Sources said that PM Modi expressed full confidence and confidence in the professional capabilities of the Indian Armed Forces. PM Modi said that the Indian armed forces have complete operational freedom to take the mode, target and time decision of India’s response.
