Protests in Mexico have gone absolutely wild over the weekend and are expanding into Monday, as large (and violent) crowds turn out to support Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.

The situation is now undoubtedly at a revolutionary level.

Talk about a wild story!

I first saw it air yesterday and I couldn’t believe it was true, so I had to do my own fact-checking… you know, the real kind that actually deals with facts, not just pushing agendas like the “Facebook fact-checkers.”

So I did that and I’ll share the results with you shortly – it may not be what you expect!

But first let’s pause and realize that Mexico recently elected a woman president.

In fact, this is the first female president of Mexico, so it’s historic.

Not only that, but she’s also Jewish, as you can guess from the heavily Jewish name “Sheinbaum”…although she does “get over” her heritage:

I’m not putting any value on any of this, but I have to say that I never thought Mexico would elect a Jewish woman as its next president.
