Culpeper Police Department officials were in 800 blocks of James Madison Highway, who were protesting peacefully. As the participants were leaving and crossing through a commercial parking lot, the police saw the speed of an SUV through a crowd of pedestrians.

Checklik has misunderstood two major things …
One, you are in Virginia, not Florida.
And two, even in Florida, you do not just look randomly looking for a crowd! It is not how it works. This is not correct.
You can drive your car through protesters in Florida when they illegally occupy the road and begin to surround your car and you are afraid of your safety.
You don’t just indicate your car on a crowd and accelerate!

In a recent podcast interview with Dave Rubin, desntis shared that if the rioters have surrounded your car and they are threatening you, you have the right to drive. Drive through the crowd if necessary.
Desantis said, if you hit a riot while running, they were coming.

If the crowd is coming to you and circling your car, you just don’t need to sit there and wait to attack or kill.
