The Brazilian External Affairs Ministry has called for excessive use to prevent stress from India and Pakistan. It advised Brazilian citizens to avoid non-essential travels in Kashmir and surrounding areas.
In a statement released on Thursday on the situation of conflict between India and Pakistan, the Brazilian Foreign Ministry reiterated condemnation of all the functions of terrorism and said it was monitoring the situation of Brazilians in the region.
It also shared the consular emergency hotline numbers for Brazilian citizens in New Delhi and Islamabad.
It said, “As expressed in the April 23 statement about the attack in Kashmir on the previous day, the Brazilian government repeats its repetition of all the functions of terrorism. Brazil called the parties involved to use extreme restraint to stop stress.”

Tension has increased after the terrorist attack between India and Pakistan in Pahgam on 22 April.
