Boy caught on camera slipping from father’s arms and falling to death at Raipur mall

The child was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

A routine outing turned into a nightmare for a family on Tuesday when their one-and-a-half-year-old child slipped from his father’s arms and died after falling to the ground at a popular mall in Raipur, Chhattisgarh .

CCTV footage from Raipur City Center Mall showed a man holding the boy in his arms, along with a man and a five-year-old child. The man briefly stopped to stop the 5-year-old from ascending the escalator, but the child in his arms slipped from his hands and fell to the ground.

The child was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
