Only one can be described as a mirror-image of the Mar-e-Lago raid, things are going to be very interesting!

Of course President Trump was completely and clearly out of his rights as President, but John Bolton? Only time will tell.

Jonathan Turley told Fox News that Bolton may be sentenced to up to 20 years of jail, but each document can be a separate count, so effectively it can turn into life sentence if plays the worst.

President Trump was later asked about the raid and said that he had seen it on the news, but there was no prior knowledge of it.

The FBI agents included classified documents in a high-profile National Security check on the DC office of Maryland Home and Washington, former National Security Advisor of President Trump, John Bolton on Friday morning.
An official of the Trump administration said that the federal agent went to Bolton’s house in MD, who was ordered at 7 am in an investigation by FBI Director Kash Patel, an official of the Trump Administration. He later went to Bolton’s office, but did not enter until a judge signed a warrant for that place late Friday night.
“No one is above the law … @fbi agent on the mission,” Patel said in a cryptic post for X shortly after the raid started.
The official said Bolton has not been arrested and is not currently accused of any crime.
“He is not a smart man, but he can be a very inconsistent man,” President Trump told reporters on Friday morning. “We are going to find out.”
Patel was raided at the behest, the President claimed that he had no advance knowledge of the operation.
“I don’t know anything about it. I saw it this morning … I tell you [Attorney General] Palm [Bondi] And I tell the group: ‘I don’t want to know, but you have to do what you have to do. I do not want to know about it. ,
“I could know about it. I could have a beginning – and I am really the Chief Law Enforcement Officer – but I think it’s better in this way.”
It is not uncommon for a president that an FBI has not been informed before the raid. Traditionally, the Department of Justice has worked independently of the White House – especially on matters bound by domestic politics. For example, former President Joe Biden said that he was not given a head-up on the August 2022 FBI raid of Trump’s Mar-e-Lago Estate to recover the national security papers sought by the National Archives.
