Bo Bichet made two heads twice and went in six runs, Erni Clement made five hits of Toronto’s season-high 25 hits, and Blue Jais defeated Colorado Rockies 15–1 on Monday night.
Eric Lawyer (7-2) allowed one run in six innings, with seven hits and four strikes with seven hits.
Clement capted scoring with an RBI single in the ninth and scored three runs. Bichet, Nathan Luks and Joy Loparfido had three hits, and Dolton Varsho had four RBI.
Lux hit the first pitch of the game in the center field for double and when the middle sang two pitches later. Clement single-handed, Rockies Starter Tanner Gordon (2-4) reached another location on a wild pitch and scored when Davis Schneider defeated it 2–0 in the second.
Toronto (66–48) is tied with Detroit for the best record in the American League. In the Division, Boston (63–51) won his sixth-based game and now there are three games behind Blue Jais for the second place in AL East. Yankiz (60-53) lost his fourth-edged game, which fell to third place behind Toronto and five and a half games.
Tyler Freeman doubled with two outs in the fifth and scored when the Azciel Tower sang.
Luke did a single to drive in cleans, Bitch hit a three-run shot, and Varsho added an RBI single to the seventh and made it 14–1.
Blue Jais set the season high for Hits (25), et-Bats (50), Total Base (39), Run (15) and RBI (15). In a game, 25 hits are the best of a blue like franchise.
Jose Beros (7-4, 3.84 ERA) of Toronto is set to take a mound against Kyle Freeland (2–11, 5.26) in the second of the three-game set on Tuesday.
