Patna, 19 September (IANS) Jan Suraj Party chief Prashant Kishore on Friday launched a great attack on the NDA leadership in Bihar, accusing four senior figures – Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary, Health Minister Mangal Pandey and Rural Works Minister Ashok Chaudhary, and BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal -.
Speaking at a press conference at Jaan Suraj Camp Office in Patna, Kishore presented what he said to the financial irregularities and the new evidence of wrong Bayani.
Kishore claimed that between 2019 and 2020, Rs 2.12 crore was related to Mangal Pandey’s wife Urmila Pandey in Punjab National Bank Account Number 1499000141819.
He alleged that the minister failed to disclose the source of money.
“Pandey said that he borrowed Rs 25 lakh from his father to buy a flat in Delhi. If this is true, how did Rs 2.12 crore enter his wife’s account? If this money was valid, why was it not declared?” PK, as a teenager is also popularly known, is surprised.
He warned that if Pandey does not clarify, he will release details of accounts from which money was transferred.
Prashant Kishore also accused Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary of repeatedly changing his name and manipulating documents.
He claimed that Chaudhary was originally named Emperor Kumar Maurya and then Rakesh Kumar, which was later called Rakesh Kumar alias Samrat Kumar Chaudhary.
Kishore alleged that Chaudhary was implicated in the bombing of Congress leader Sadanand Singh in 1998, but was saved from serious allegations by producing fake age certificate and claiming to be a minor.
He further alleged discrepancies in Chaudhary’s educational records.
“In the Supreme Court petition, it was shown that he appeared for matriculation as Emperor Kumar Maurya and failed. Yet in 2010, he described himself as only one class 7 pass. Such a person later claimed a degree and even a D. Elite. The public should know the truth.”
Kishore argued that while the BJP criticized RJD for its so -called Jungle Raj, its top leaders were tainted.
“A person who has served jail for murder, has produced fake documents, and lied about his education is now Deputy Chief Minister. It is the true character of BJP in Bihar,” he said.
Kishore focused on JD-U’s Ashok Chaudhary, called him “the right hand of Nitish Kumar and the most corrupt leader of Bihar”.
He alleged that in 2019, Chaudhary bought 23 Kattas land in Bikram, Patna in the name of his personal secretary, Yogendra Dutt, which later transferred it to Chaudhary’s daughter, Shambvi Chaudhary to Rs 34 lakh.
Only Rs 10 lakh was paid; After an income tax notice, an additional Rs 25 lakh was transferred in April 2025 to cover the gap.
Kishore also pointed to a series of about Rs 38.44 crore through the Maun Vibahhav Vikas Trust between Shambavi Chaudhary’s engagement and marriage, which was connected to the family of the late bureaucrat Kunal.
He alleged that the transfer between the trust and the family of Chaudhary raises questions on the sudden surge in the acquisition.
“If Ashok Chaudhary has no participation, why was the money transferred from the trust to his wife’s account?” PK asked, seeking clarification from people associated with the trust, Anita (wife of Kishore Kunal), former former officer Jialal Arya and mother of Chief Secretary Prataya Amrit.
Kishore also accused BJP MP Sanjay Jaiswal of corruption and misuse of influence.
He claimed that Jaiswal blocked the construction of a flyover in Bettia for a decade to protect his family -owned petrol pump.
Kishore alleged that bills inflated for a bill of Rs 5 crore for municipal hygiene vehicles were paid from that petrol pump.
Betiyah Mayor Garima Devi Simaria, she said, was already written to the Municipal Commissioner in August 2024, in which the transfer and payment of the pump was to be stopped due to fraud.
“Sanjay Jaiswal’s father, Madan Jaiswal, was a respected man. But Sanjay has looted public money. He stole Vikas, stolen through petrol bill, and still threatened me to jault. I say, even in seven lifetime, you will not be able to hold my hand,” Kishore announced.
Other Jan Suraj leaders, including vice -president YV Giri, state president Manoj Bharti, General Secretary Kishore Kumar, MLC Afaq Ahmed and senior leaders Rambali Chandravanshi and Sudhir Sharma, also addressed the press for a fair investigation in all cases.
Kishore said the revelations show how the NDA leader is “neck-deep in corruption” claiming moral superiority.
