Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) chief Upendra Kushwaha has expressed deep dissatisfaction over the seat sharing, especially the Mahua constituency, which has been allotted to the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP). informed News18 Hindi, quoting sources.
It is being told that Kushwaha is angry that he wants to field his son from Mahua seat. The situation has become more complicated amid reports that some constituencies initially given to Kushwaha’s party are now being reassigned to other NDA allies.
Inside sources quoted in the News18 Hindi report suggest that the RLM chief feels “humiliated” by the development, leading to growing differences within the alliance.
There is no tension within NDA it isw, Earlier, differences have come to light between BJP and JDU regarding seat sharing.
However, it seems that Kushwaha’s upset just weeks before the elections has further complicated the internal balance of the alliance.

signs of discord are formed public
The first signs of Kushwaha’s dissatisfaction emerged when he repeatedly instructed senior party leaders to avoid attending nomination programs of any NDA candidate.
The RLM leader returned to Patna from Sasaram on Tuesday, October 14, following which several high-level BJP leaders, including Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary, Nityanand Rai, Nitin Naveen and Rituraj Sinha, reached his residence for an emergency meeting.
Conversations behind closed doors at Marathon
The closed-door discussion started around 11 pm and continued till around 5 am on Wednesday, October 15. According to News18 Hindi, despite marathon efforts to persuade, Kushwaha remained adamant on his stand.
He reportedly told the visiting BJP leaders that he would not agree to any deal until he met Union Home Minister Amit Shah “in person.”

When Kushwaha finally emerged at dawn to face the waiting journalists, he gave a brief but pointed answer which fueled further speculation.

Kushwaha said, “This time nothing is right in NDA.”
Kushwaha is Now Hope to visit Delhi soon to meet Amit Shah, according to News18 no. Political observers believe that this meeting will be crucial in deciding whether he will remain with the NDA or explore other political avenues.
