Bihar Assembly Election 2025 Voting is going to be held in two phases on 6th and 11th November, the results of which will come on 14th November. Voting will be held in 121 constituencies in the first phase. In the second phase, voting will be held on 122 seats on November 11. As political parties are making last ditch efforts to strengthen their position in the upcoming elections, here are their candidates with criminal cases.

Bahubali Anant Singh Don-turned-politician Ananth Kumar Singh filed his nomination papers as JDU candidate from Mokama assembly seat. Tejashwi Yadav According to his election affidavit, Tejashwi Yadav has declared that he has 18 criminal cases pending against him, four of which are under appeal, reports The Hindu. Tej Pratap Yadav Tej Pratap Yadav, elder son of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav and expelled leader of Rashtriya Janata Dal and founder of Janashakti Janata Dal, has filed his nomination papers for Mahua assembly seat. His assets include movable assets worth ₹91.65 lakh, immovable assets worth ₹1.96 crore, 200 grams of gold worth ₹22 lakh, a motorcycle worth ₹6.85 lakh and a fleet of cars.
