Montreal-Bell Canada has announced a partnership with Artificial Intelligence Company Kohere to provide full-stack sovereign AI solutions to the government and enterprise customers in Canada.
Cohere will provide its AI services through Bell AI fabric, which to support the needs of AI, a project declared by Bell in May.
Bell AI fabric will include Kohere’s agent AI platform North, which will be available to the government and enterprise customers, allowing them to be able to AI agents and automation solutions without managing AI infrastructure.
Bell AI fabric will also include six AI data centers, as well as software infrastructure such as Kohere’s large language model “Customized Canadian market for Bell, adapted to offer unique capabilities for machine learning and cloud software.”
It states that all elements “have been outlined by the major cyber security security for a combination of physical security, network safety and operating flexibility.”
The Montreal -based telecom company says that Bell AI fabric also depends on its new tech services brand Eteco, which is the cornerstone of its ambition to create a $ 1 billion tech services business.
