award winning actress Mia McKenna-Bruce Admits surprising knowledge of The Beatles and admits she “didn’t know much” about the iconic band before becoming Jazz Ringo Starr‘s wife in their highly anticipated movie biopic.

Reflecting on the Christie adaptation, McKenna-Bruce praised its unique approach: “They set out to make something very cool and modern, but also very Agatha Christie-esque in tone – and they really did that. You want to dive into that world and have so much fun.”
She also spoke warmly of her on-screen mother, Helena Bonham Carter, noting their great rapport: “We like to say we’re more like sisters than mother and daughter. We have the same energy; we’re two very excited people.”
