ICGS director Thia Walton said: “During the reporting period, we experienced a significant increase in the number of people contacting ICGS.
“Unfortunately, this increase, complexity of cases and the introduction of new procedures and methods of working have contributed long to complete cases.”
ICGS blamed some cases of bullying on the imbalance of power in the workplace, some senior figures publicly misusing their rights by humiliating employees or being “openly important and rejected” among them.
“This behavior felt insecure about the stability of their jobs to the complainants and created an intimidation atmosphere,” said this.
It states: “It was alleged that the managers had assigned the tasks that were highly challenging or impossible within the given time limit, making the complainants feel that they were being established to fail.”
