Royal Challengers Bangalore’s star batsman Virat Kohli is in tremendous form in the current edition of IPL. Despite RCB having a poor campaign with only three wins in 10 matches, Kohli has been in great form. With 500 runs in 10 matches, Kohli is one of the leading run-scorers of the season. The 35-year-old cricketer is widely popular for his fanatical dedication towards fitness and cricket. Apart from this, he is also known for his fun-loving personality.

Recently, during an event, Kohli was asked about his alternative career if he had not been a cricketer.

The RCB star replied, “No idea, hardly any business. Honestly, I never thought. I didn’t know how to run a business at all, now a little bit came. If I did business without cricket then 200% would have fooled me. Now (I don’t know, maybe business. Honestly, I never thought about it. I never knew how to run a business but now I am slowly learning how to do it. If I would have been running a business without cricket, then 200% everyone would have made a fool out of me. Now, after facing many betrayals and hardships, I am gradually learning.)

Apart from cricket, Kohli is also a successful business man. Kohli, along with his wife Anushka Sharma, has invested in brands like Rage Coffee, fitness center Chisel, menswear brand WROGN and Blue Tribe.

Despite performing well with the bat in the IPL season, Kohli is facing criticism for his strike rate. Earlier, after RCB’s win against Gujarat Titans, Kohli had spoken openly about the criticism.

“All those people who talk [my] Strike rate and me not being able to play spin well, they are the ones who like to talk about these things. But for me, it’s just about winning games. There’s a reason why you do this for 15 years. Because you do that day after day and win games for your team.”

“I’m not sure if you’ve been in that situation, to sit and talk about sports from the box. I don’t think it’s the same thing. I’m just doing my job. People talk about themselves. Can think and perception (sic) on the game,” he said.
