Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Half donation expenditure of Rs 3,000 crore, what is the connection of Rs 1,800 crore

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has confirmed that the construction of the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya has been completely completed, marking an important milestone for devotees across the world.

The trust said the main temple and six temples in the inner complex are now ready.

The trust said temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha, Lord Hanuman, Lord Surya, Goddess Bhagwati and Goddess Annapurna have also been finished.

Flags and sacred urns have been installed atop each of these temples, marking the formal completion of construction efforts in the inner sanctum, News18 Hindi reports.

Expenses and Balance

Ram temple project is over Donations worth ₹3,000 crore were received from lakhs of devotees in India and abroad during the contribution campaign.

officials shed light on ₹1,500 crore has been billed so far, reflecting the expenditure on the completed construction work.

The remaining works on the entire complex are estimated to cost approx. According to News18 Hindi, ₹1,800 crore.

According to News 18, the chairman of the construction committee expressed his gratitude for the widespread support, saying, “The faith and devotion with which people came forward to donate is unparalleled. This temple is not just a structure, it is a symbol of national and spiritual unity.”

Flag hoisting ceremony on 25th November

The completion of the temple will be celebrated on a large scale with a grand flag hoisting ceremony on 25 November.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited to participate in this program.

Special recognition for contributors

Preparations are underway to invite more than 8,000 to 10,000 guests, including people who have donated from 2022.

According to News18 Hindi, the Trust will also organize a separate felicitation ceremony after November 25 to present appreciation certificates to individuals, institutions and companies involved in the construction of the temple.
