Union Minister Jitendra Singh thanked PM Modi for his leadership. “I have to thank PM Modi, because he has CPACITY to make out-off-box decisions, for breaking the past taboos because for six, seven decades we have become air-conditioned to live with the belief that space has to work behind the veil of privacy and not to be opened in the private sector.
He explained in detail, “We are now equal partners. It was decided to be an astronaut from India and this proposal was made to India when PM Modi was on a visit to Washington DC when President Biden was in place.
