Those charges were dropped when the victim and a witness failed to show up for court proceedings, Krasner said.
Scott, who worked in a nursing home, was remembered by her parents in a statement Monday as a source of “light, kindness and beautiful soul.” He said his hearts were “shattered” and asked for prayers.
