Watch as ten suspected poachers inside a vehicle are pursued by police before fleeing on foot.
footage shared by Cambridgeshire Police Rural crime officers are shown chasing the vehicle on Sunday (October 12) after they noticed it was full of passengers, as they believed rabbit running – An illegal activity in which dogs are used to chase, catch and kill rabbits.
The vehicle was stopped when its tires were cut by a sting, following which all 10 people started running away from nearby fields in different directions.
The force confirmed that it managed to seize the car and recover a number of stolen dogs, all of which have been re-homed. It said no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
