Kupwara, August 04: An assessment report on the possible livelihood generation scheme was released today by Chairman, District Level Assessment Committee, Ayushi Sudan, where all sample beneficiaries were verified on the ground in all 24 CD blocks in the district.
Addc Kupwara, Mufti Farid U Din; Acpura, CPO/District Statistics and Assessment Officer, Ad Planing, Ad Employment, and other concerned officials were present on the occasion.
According to the report released, the beneficiaries have stated that they were provided small commercial vehicles by District Employment and Counseling Center Kupwara (Nodal Department for Mission Youth Schemes). The beneficiaries were found to be satisfied with the government’s gesture to provide handholding to the youth with skills in driving to earn their livelihood.
It is worth noting that the report was prepared by District Statistics and Evaluation Officer Kupwara under the overall control of District Development Commissioner Kupwara.
