Pakistan’s Army Chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir said during his visit to the United States that Islamabad will defend his water rights, if India proceeds with the construction of the dam on the Indus River, then “at all costs” at all prices.

In addition, Munir reiterated his anti-India rhetoric, describing Kashmir as the “jugular vein” of Pakistan, stating that it is not an internal matter of India, but an unresolved international issue, Pakistan-based media outlet Arya News said on Monday.
