Scott Boland: “It was great fun, yes. We wanted to bowl the ball in the right areas as much as possible and I thought we bowled quite well there. England always play their shots and I thought if we bowled the ball in the right areas we would get chances. Michael Neser took some great catches.
“Our main objective at the start of the day was to get a few overs from the England bowlers for the second innings but also to strengthen our bowling in the night session and Mitchell Starc batted brilliantly.
He said, “Every fast bowler has pain.” [when bowling] But Mitchell seems to be trying harder than other people.”
