Bhopal, 30 September (IANS) In an administrative reshuffle, Arvind Sharma, on Tuesday, has been appointed Principal Secretary of the new Madhya Pradesh, who mark the end of AP Singh’s decade-late term.
The infected infection by the assembly speaker Narendra Singh Tomar indicates a new chapter in the functioning of the secretariat and has already shaken the political debate.
Arvind Sharma, a former director in the Lok Sabha, was included in the Assembly Secretariat after taking the role of the speaker by the speaker Tomar.
His height for the top administrative post is seen as a strategic move to influence fresh energy and parliamentary experience in the operation of the secretariat.
Sharma replaced AP Singh, who retired on Tuesday after serving as Principal Secretary of the state since 2016.

However, after the retirement of Singh as an administrative member of the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission, the post -appointment of Singh has created controversy.
During the selection committee meeting, the leader of the opposition Umang Cipper raised objections, alleged procedural irregularities and said that the Congress would challenge the appointment in the High Court.
Despite the political storm, Singh’s farewell was marked with warmth and honor.
A ceremony was held at the Assembly Secretariat on Tuesday, in which speaker toom and senior officials participated.
Singh was also honored by the East Legislative Assembly on Monday, where he reflected on his tenure, called his service “A Matter of Pride”.
The state government is expected to soon issue a formal order about the new role of Singh in the Human Rights Commission.
