Investigators with the Toronto Police Service (TPS) are investigating a suspect arson at an auto body shop in Scarborough.
Emergency employees, including Toronto Fire, were invited to the shop near the Shepard Avenue East and McCove Road around 2 pm on Monday.
Police say about seven to eight vehicles caught fire in the parking lot.
No injury was reported, and the fire has since been extinguished.
The police have handled the investigation.
